To keep the body in good health is a duty; otherwise, we shall not be able to keep our mind strong and clear


The body and mind are intrinsically linked. If we neglect the mind the body will ultimately suffer. Having healthy physical habits also aids the mind. Take a walk outside or do some exercise. What is your mind state afterwards?

Hold a good posture, how does your energy and focus feel? Slump and slouch, again how does your energy, focus and mind feel?
